SPECIAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
In addition to the 20% advance deposit required to reserve your space (fully refundable up to 91 days prior to departure) the cost of your flight is also due at the time of registration. This payment is due in full and is non-refundable unless we cancel your departure for any reason. If you needed to cancel your trip for a reason covered by travel insurance, 90% of flight cost would be reimbursable by that plan.
Guests staying in 4 & 5 star hotels must deposit 30% of the total cost of rooms after bookings have been confirmed by us.
Total trip cost is due in full for payment before 2 months prior to commencement of the tour.
If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply and are due when we receive notice of your cancellation:
91+ days prior to departure = 20% advance payments/90% of flight cost + 30% 5 star hotel payments are refundable.
61 to 90 days prior to departure = 20% advance deposit/full flight costs + 30% 5 star hotel payments are non refundable.
31 to 60 days prior to departure = 50% of the total trip cost /full flight costs +30% 5 star hotel payments are non refundable.
0 to 30 days prior to departure = 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
Price Includes
Double-occupancy accommodations; breakfast lunch and dinner, private transport within Bhutan as per the itinerary, Bhutanese visa fee, services of a skilled bi-lingual guide throughout.
Not Included
Airline transportation; pre- or post-trip hotel and meal costs; cost of obtaining a passport; insurance of any kind; medical immunizations, optional gratuities to your guide and driver, monastery donations, items of a personal nature such as beverages, alcohol, laundry, international phone calls and internet use (hotels generally have Wifi).

Airline tickets - Please check with us before purchasing your airline tickets to ensure your trip is confirmed with the minimum number of participants required to operate.
Travel insurance - To protect your travel investment, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
Dietary restrictions? Vegetarian, nut-free, dairy free and gluten-free are easily accommodated. For other requests, check with us first.
